Auriko is the parent company of a Nordic energy development group building a diversified portfolio of large-scale energy infrastructure projects across the Nordic region.
Through our group companies, we develop, invest in and deliver energy infrastructure projects across the Nordic region, combining strong local development capabilities with institutional capital and energy-market expertise.
Our core focus is Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), datacenters and utility-scale solar, with projects developed from origination and early-stage development through Ready-to-Build and investment.

Battery Energy Storage (BESS)
Grid-scale battery storage developed around grid capacity, market opportunities and optimal site conditions. We take projects from site origination and grid assessment through permitting and engineering to Ready-to-Build, with a focus on long-term technical and commercial performance.

Utility-scale solar
Large-scale solar projects developed from land origination and early-stage feasibility through permitting, grid connection and engineering to Ready-to-Build. Projects are built on long-term agreements with landowners and designed for efficient land use and long-term energy production.

Datacenter
Large-scale datacenter projects developed with a focus on access to reliable power, grid capacity and suitable locations. We work from site origination and early-stage feasibility through power and infrastructure assessment, permitting and project development, creating investment-ready sites for energy-intensive digital infrastructure.

Hybrid sites
Solar and battery storage combined at a single connection point, enabling more efficient use of land and grid capacity. Hybrid projects combine renewable generation with flexible storage to improve grid utilisation, increase operational flexibility and create additional revenue opportunities.

Auriko is the parent company of a Nordic energy development group, providing the strategic, financial and commercial platform for our activities across the region.
Our projects are originated and developed through locally established development companies with strong knowledge of their respective markets. In Finland, our activities are carried out through Aurinkokarhu Oy, while Solbjörn AB leads our development activities in Sweden.
This structure combines the strength and long-term perspective of a Nordic group with the local presence required to successfully develop energy infrastructure projects. Our local teams work closely with landowners, municipalities, grid operators and other stakeholders throughout the development process.
At group level, Auriko brings together development expertise, investment capabilities and energy-market knowledge across Finland and Sweden. This allows us to share resources and experience across markets while maintaining local responsibility for each project.
